2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee on our pre-loaded firesticks. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

 

3. Orders

  • By placing an order on our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices for products are in [CAD] and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept PayPal and E-Transfer for online orders.

 

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. App Subscriptions Are filled within 24 hours with a valid e-mail provided by the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Checkout Policy

1. Physical Device Orders 

All physical device orders will be processed and fulfilled as soon as payment is confirmed. Once payment is successfully processed, your order will be shipped promptly.

2. Lemo Library Membership Orders

Upon placing an order for a Web Building Resource Library Membership, a Welcome Email will be sent to the customer's email address. If a valid email address has been provided, this email will be sent within 24 hours or less of the order being placed.
